A Norristown man was stabbed to death on Saturday, allegedly for refusing to pay his assailant’s ex-girlfriend $5 for a beer run.

Now I’m not gonna sit here and tell you I condone stabbing a man to death over $5, cuz I don’t.

But, rules are rules.  When you agree to the terms of a Beer Run you are entering into a legally binding verbal contract.  True story.  You can look it up in law books.  Maybe even the Constitution.

If said contract is breached, should the plaintiff be able to stab a man 11 times?  I guess we’ll leave that up to a jury of our peers.
